We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was very close to the underground and had easy access to transportation, including the airport. The hotel facilities were great, withvery comfy and tidy rooms. The breakfast offered a variety of cooked and cold food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the one were great to assist us with finding a tour guide and translating our phone calls.

Great location, close to public transportation, and a fabulous restaurant nearby. Helpful staff who offered early check-in and let me store my bags after check-out. The view from the room balcony was lovely.

First of all, the location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the very city center, it allows easy access to all the central Sofia attractions. Plus, being located on a busy-ish tram line, getting around the city is a breeze.
All in all, everything at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the popular attractions. It was very easy to find from the nearest metro station, and the tram lines were conveniently close as well. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fruit, sausages, cereal, bread. The view from our room overlooked a charming square, giving us a taste of the local atmosphere.
The WiFi speed at times was a bit slow and often disconnected, causing some inconvenience during our stay.
